Raymond F. Kelley, 81, of Las Vegas, passed away July 12, 2009, in Boulder City. He was born in Providence, R.I., June 1, 1928, and had been a resident of Las Vegas since 1970. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1950 to 1953, and worked for many years in the aviation industry before moving to Las Vegas. Before retiring, he owned and operated Tick-Tock Cleaners in Las Vegas. He is survived by his wife, Theresa Kelley; brother, William of Wayne, Maine; son, Michael Kelley of Pasadena, Calif.; daughter, Tracey Villalobos of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren, Brendan Kelley, Joshua Villalobos, Katherine Kelley, Arianna Villalobos and Elizabeth Villalobos. Burial was held Thursday, July 16, at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Boulder City Family Mortuary handled the arrangements.
