Slata seems to have been Joseph's mother; one tree shows the date of death of Lejb's wife as this same date in 1893 (not 9 Aug 1898 which is on another memorial for what must be a different Zlota in this cemetery).
Lejb or Louis was Joseph's father. Lejb's death record gave his birthdate as May 12, 1830, in Russia.
