Rosie Pearl Brunner-Hepler, 87, of Kittanning, formerly of Cowansville, died Friday, Nov. 27, 2009, in Armstrong County Health Center. She was born Oct. 17, 1922, a daughter of the late Levi and Hannah (Johns) Johns.
She was a homemaker and a former member of Sherrett United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, George Hepler, of Worthington; stepson, Norman Hepler, of Manassas, Va.; and stepdaughter, Shirley McMunn, of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Dale "Hap" Brunner; brother, Joel Johns; sister, Thelma Neal; brother, Ray Johns; brother, Roy Johns; sister, Dora Mae Rapp; and four infant siblings.
Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME, Cowansville, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
