Ervin Peterson, 78, Bloomington, passed away at 3:23 a.m. Thursday (July 16, 2009) at his home.
He was born in Lincoln, Nebraska to John and Marion Shaver Peterson. He married Joan M. Connors on July 25, 1953, in Lincoln, Nebraska. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Leigh (Rich) Scott, Bloomington, and Amy (Steve) Reynolds, The Woodlands, Texas; six grandchildren, Jenny (Jerry) Schulz, Wendy (Doug) Davis, Ryan (Bridget) Scott and Allison, Zachary and Hannah Reynolds and five great-grandchildren, Sydney and Collin Schulz; Andrew and Ethan Davis and Natalie Scott.
He served two years in the U.S. Air Force in Laon, France.
