He was born April 5, 1916 in North Braddock, Pennsylvania, the son of William B. Rhodes and Grace G. Palmer. Mr. Rhodes worked in manufacturing as a pipe fitter and is survived by his wife Margaret (Lasher) Rhodes of Saint Petersburg. Arrangements were made by National Cremation Society, 4945 East Bay Drive, Clearwater, Florida. Cremation was made at Southeastern Crematory, Clearwater, Florida.
