William Walter Blaha, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Blaha was born May 30, 1900 in Ottawa County, KS. He died suddenly of a heart attack on July 25, 1961. He was unmarried and lived most of his life on a farm nine miles southwest of Glasco. He is survived by two brothers, Henry and Jaro, of rural Glasco and also by two sisters, Helen Kropac of Cleveland, OH and Ella Kosar of Oklahoma City, OK. Funeral services were held from the Dean Funeral Home in Glasco Friday, July 28, 1961, at 10 am with the Rev. John Baker officiating. Music was by Mr. Ronald King, soloist and Mrs. Nadine Teasley, organist. Pallbearers were Clarence Blaha, Frank Henry Blaha, Lloyd Boucek, Wyburn Boucek, Frank Keim and Joe Keim. Internment was in Bohemian National Cemetery.
