GLADYS CELIA (ZIEGLER) BLAHA was born October 30, 1907 near Ada, KS to Joseph and Mary Ziegler. She died at the St. Joseph Hospital at Concordia on June 7, 1980 at the age of 72 years, 7 months and 8 days. She was united in marriage to Henry Blaha at Minneapolis, KS March 6, 1929. To this union were born 3 children; Clarence of Salina, Mary Ann of Glenview, IL and Frank of Linn, KS. She is survived by her husband Henry, a son Clarence and wife, Donna and children - Danny and wife Julie; Debbie; Mark and Daryn; Nancy and husband Jim; a daughter Mary Ann and husband Tom, her children Steve, Roy, Tim, Sandy and Kimberly; a son Frank, wife Beverly and children Michael, Mitchell, Marshall and Monte. She also leaves one great grandchild Derek Blaha; one sister, Mrs. Joe (Helen) Jindra; one brother Frank Ziegler and wife Carol; two sister-in-laws Mrs. Joe (Helen) Kropoc and Mrs Frank Kosar (Ella) and a host of friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant brothers and one grandson. Services were held at the Dean Funeral Home in Glasco on Tuesday, June 10 at 10:30. Burial was in the Bohemian Cemetery near Ada. The Reverend Maynard Falk officiated. The family requests that memorials be to the American Cancer Association.
