Mrs. Bernice Leake Justice, 86, of Stuart, VA, passed away July 20, 2009, at the Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart. She was born in Stokes County, North Carolina, on June 29, 1923, to the late Leonard J. and Lois Chilton Leake. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Justice was preceded in death by seven brothers, Ned, Bob, Aubrey, Glouchester, Jim, Jeff, and P.J. Leake; and one sister, Fleta Mae Leake. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Mrs. Justice is survived by her husband, Luther Cecil Justice, Sr.; one daughter, Margaret Sharon Silva; and one son, Luther Cecil Justice, Jr.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
