Junior D. Bright, April 3, 1924 - Sept. 17, 1996, Junior D. BRIGHT, 72, Rochester, died at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at his residence following a three-month illness. Born in Akron to Albert and Nellie BRIGHT, he married Martha ROUCH on Nov. 10, 1947 in Wabash County. She died June 19, 1995. He lived most of his life in Wabash and Fulton counties. A retired employee of Miller & Sons Lumber Co., Silver Lake, he had served in the European theater during WWII with the U.S. Army and was a member of the North Manchester Veterans of Foreign Wars Post. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Benny (Chris) BRYANT, North Manchester, Mrs. Bo (Cathy) MILAM, Paris, Texas; one son, Michael D. BRIGHT, Rochester; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Betty STONER, Delphi, and a brother, Kenny BRIGHT, Akron. He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister. Zimmerman Family Funeral Home, Rochester, is in charge of arrangements. There is no funeral or visitation. Private interment will be held at a later date in the Nichols Cemetery near Akron.
