June Colleen Riddle Logsdon age 77, of Indianapolis, Indiana, was born on December 31, 1930 in Oakland City, Indiana, and died, May 13, 2008 in Indianapolis, Indiana. June was an assembler for Western Electric in Indianapolis where she worked for 28 years, retiring in 1984. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Christopher Logsdon, sister, Janet Lee Bender, granddaughter, Cecelia Ann Logsdon and Victoria Dawn Whetsel. June is survived by her children, Sunny Elaine (Robert) Whetsel, Larry Conan (Judy) Logsdon, and Jacqueline Sue (fiancé Robert Cochran Emmons); grandchildren, Christina Lynn, Colleen Logsdon, Christina Ann Smerdel, Tammye Lynn Boling, great-grandchildren, Michael Bender, Jennifer Bender, Hanna Boling, Aaron Smerdel, Allison Smerdel, Lindsey Boling and Treye Griffin, and, brother, Owen Riddle. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 16, 2008 at Noon at Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center, Washington Park North with calling from 10:00 AM to service time. Burial will be in Washington Park North Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society of Disabled American Veterans.
