According to his birth certificate Jean Baptiste Theophile Lejeune (John) was born in Hussigny-Godbrange, France in 1847.
His death certificate has birth year of 1867 which is wrong. Headstone has the right birth year. He immigrated with his wife Maria Lehanne Lejeune and children in 1887 from Longwy Bas, France.
The 1886 France census lists his occupation as Chaudronnier which is listed as a coppersmith and boilermaker.

Occupation: Bridge builder -Structural Ironworker for Jones and Laughlin Steel in Pittsburgh, Pa. in 1900.

Married: Maria Lehanne November 15, 1873 in Luxembourg.

Charles 1910-1937 is Jean Baptist grandson he is the son of August and Anna Lejeune they are on the back of this same stone.
