of injuries suffered July 29 when she was struck by lightning
in her yard. She was struck while going to the rescue of a neighbor's dog, who was tied outside during a thunderstorm.
Mrs. Liquore, a native of Bayonne, lived in Edison two years
and was a graduate of Arthur L. Johnson Regional High School,
Clark. She was a communicant of St. Helena's Church, Edison.
Survivors include her husband, Pasquale Liquore; two daughters, Deborah and Lisa, at home; her
mother, Mrs. Myrtle Kenny of Avenel; her father, John Powers
of Delaware City, Del.; a brother, John T, Powers of Linden, and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Milden of Avenel
