Mrs. Phoebe G. Duncan, age 84, of Roanoke, formerly of Little Rock, Ark., died Sunday, December 23, 1990. She was a retired school teacher. She is survived by four daughters, Linda Duncan Bixby, Roanoke; Nancy Duncan Disbrow and husband, Sgt. Major Harry Disbrow, Phoenix, Ariz.; Sarah Duncan Jones and husband, James L. Jones, Edmond, Okla.; Sandra Duncan Rippey, Little Rock, Ark.; one son, Roy Franklin Duncan, Little Rock, Ark.; 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one brother, Milo Jordan and wife, Alice, Argenta, Ill. Graveside services will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 26. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday
