BARNETT, SUZANIE – age 76, passed away at the Scott County Hospital, Friday, January 13, 1967, after an illness of eighteen months. She was the daughter of the late CANZADA and PHILLIP OWENS. A member of the New Charity Baptist Church. Survivors: 1 daughter, Mrs. VIRGIL ROBBINS, of Robbins, Tennessee; 1 son, HOWARD BARNETT of New Castle, Indiana; 3 brothers, JOHNIE, ALONZO and AMBROSE OWENS of New Castle, Indiana; 1 sister, Mrs. PEARL MCKIDDY of Siler, Kentucky; 12 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted from the West Funeral Home Chapel Sunday, January 15, 1967, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. JERRY ZACHARY officiating.
