Mr. Arellano is survived by his wife of 40 years, Rosa Arellano; daughter, Janie A. Rodriguez; brothers, Lupe Arellano of Wilson, Texas, Gilbert Rodriguez of Tahoka, Texas; sister, Juanita Rodriguez of Belle Glade, Florida; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Antonio Arellano; mother, Isabel P. Arellano; brothers, Pete Arellano, Lucio Arellano, Jose Arellano; sister, Mercedes Rodriguez.
