A former resident of Stonington and Pawcatuck, she was born in Cambridge, Mass. on March 17, 1892, the daughter of the late James and Mary (Sheehan) Kelley.
During World War I she served as a Yeoman First Class in the U.S. Navy.
She was a member of the James W Harvey Post, American Legion Auxiliary.
Mrs. Miller is survived by two sons, Frank Miller of Springfield, Mass. and Charles Miller of Wilmington, Delaware; three daughters, Mrs. John G. MacIntyre of Pawcatuck, Mrs. Joseph Gaccione of Westerly and Mrs. Burke Ewing of California; 20 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
