The Rev. Allen Morris, assisted by Rev. Curlee, conducted last rites Saturday afternoon, April 1, 1961 for Andrew Jackson Alford who died at Franklin County Hospital March 30.
Mr Alford who was born February 14, 1898, in Walton County, FL., is survived by his wife, Annie, two daughters, Mrs Annie Mae Burke of Parker and Miss Zora Lee Alford of this city; by two sons, J. C. of Ft. Rucker, Alabama, and Doyle of Homewood, Illinois. He also leaves six brothers and one sister and seven grandchildren.
Services were held at Pentecostal Holiness Church with interment following in Magnolia Cemetery under direction of Sangaree Funeral Home.
