Stepping off a west-bound Ohio Electric car No. 87 at Sheridan's siding, near stop 68, four miles east of Ft. Wayne while the car was waiting on a siding for the east-bound car to pass on the main track, Herminigild Bueter, 16 years old, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bueter, of near New Haven, was run over by the east-bound car as it backed onto the main track at 2:40 o'clock Sunday afternoon and received fatal injuries. He was hurried to St. Joseph's hospital, where he was attended by Dr. J. Frank Dinnen, and he died at 4:10 o'clock.
