OTTUMWA — Betty Marie Caylor, 71, of 2711 E. Main St., entered into rest 5:20 p.m. Aug. 1, 2009, at Hospice House in Ottumwa.She was born Nov. 20, 1937, in Eldon to Edward and Iva Allman Chichester. She married Ray C. Caylor Aug. 13, 1977.A graduate of Toledo High School in 1957, she worked at Ottumwa South Café and for Kresge S S Co. from 1964-1977.She was a member of East End Pentecostal Church of God. She and her husband worked with Indian Missions.

Surviving is her husband, Rev. Ray C. Caylor; a daughter, Tina (Rob) Forbes of Agency; a stepdaughter, Carol Mason of Farmersville, Calif.; a stepson, Mike Caylor of Taft, Calif.; two grandchildren, April and Austin Forbes of Agency; several stepgrandchildren; four brothers, Robert Allman of California, Ernest Chichester of Georgia, Ralph and Terry Chichester, both of Ottumwa; three sisters, Donna Nixon of Coatsville, Pa., Judy Anderson and Bertha Downing, both of Ottumwa; and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Richard and Earl Chichester; and a stepson, Donald Caylor.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Loyal Hepker and Bishop Ron Mosier officiating. Burial will be in Ottumwa Cemetery.Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the family present from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.Memorials may be made to the family or Indian Missions.
