Gwenn was a long time resident of Englewood, moving there in 1948 with her husband J.C. to establish Maxwell Studio. She supported community and school events in Englewood. Army nurse in WWII. Employee of DRI at Univ of Denver. Active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Retired to Bella Vista, Arkansas for 18 yrs. Returned to Littleton in 2004. Born December 7, 1918 in Salt Lake City, to James D. and Afton Vine Johnston. Raised in Blackfoot, Idaho. Preceded in death by husband, J.C. and daughter, Andrea. Survived by children James C. (Diana), Alice Hartner, Marta Bourgeois (Rudy), David J. (Jill), 23 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren. Viewing at the Church, 9:30 AM.
