Livonia, N.Y. - Funeral rites will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Dahlgren Funeral Home, Philipsburg, for Mrs. Pearl A. Barto, 80, of 3180 Poplar Hill Road, Livonia, N.Y., who died Wednesday. Dr. Robert F. Zanker will officiate, and interment will follow in Philipsburg Cemetery. Friends will be received in the funeral home Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Born Jan. 14, 1897, in Helvetta, she was a daughter of the late David A. [Archibald] and Mary Ann Anthony. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lynn B. Rainey, and her second husband, Stephen Barto.
Two daughters survive: Mrs. Eugene K. (Julia L.) Smith, Livonia, and Mrs. John (Ruth E.) Harris, Philipsburg. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Mrs. Barto was preceded in death by five brothers and six sisters. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, Tyrone."
