Frank Harvey was the Capt. of Hose 1 of the Manchester Fire Dept. He died in the line of duty from injuries sustained in an accident while responding to an alarm. He is honored on the memorial plaque at the Manchester Fire Dept. 100 Merrimack st. Frank was also a Freemason.
Frank's nephew Leon Harvey was the chief of the Deerfield Fire Dept. and also died from injuries sustained at a house fire Dec 10 1947.
