Mr. Theodore "Ted" Flater, age 52, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2007 at a local hospital. He was born on October 21, 1954 to Hiram and Charlotte (Berends) Flater in Fremont, MI. Ted owned and operated Flaters Dry-Walling for many years. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, he loved to gamble and watch NASCAR.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Brian Alan Flater in 1985, step father Robert Wright, and friend Gary Huffman.
