Harrell Glenn Arms passed away on September 17, 2009 at the age of 65. Funeral Services on Sunday September 20, 2009 at 2 p.m. at the Harrell Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Robert Whitefield officiating. Burial at the Proctor Cemetery.
Harrell Arms was born on February 6, 1944 in Dublin, to Darrell Ray Arms and Mildred Deloris (Lane) Arms. He was the owner of Arms Bait Co. and Fish Farm in Proctor. Mr. Arms was a member of the Masonic Lodge #504 since 1977 serving as Master, member of the York Rite, Scottish Rite and Moslah Shrine Temple and received the Golden Trowel Award. He was also a reserve Constable for Comanche County, and reserve Dublin Police Officer for Dublin from 1965-1998. Harrell is survived by one sister, Doretha Sharp of Stephenville; 3 nephews, Darrell Dwain Arms of Sulphur Springs, Michael Ray Cagle of Kingsport, TN, and Richard R. Kay of Austin; and 3 nieces, Teresa Stone of Abilene, Jackie D'Angelo of Proctor, and Lisa Kay Marshall of Abilene.
