Bernadine Orr, 92, of Marion, died Wednesday, August 12, 2009.
Survivors include two sons, Billy Glenn and wife, Brenda of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Richard Lee and wife, Jeannie Orr of Franklin, Ky.; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 37 years, Leslie Orr; her parents, W.B. "Burke" and Lola Hughes Turley; a brother, Denzil Turley; two sisters, Iva Mae Turley and Edith Daley; a stepdaughter, Wilda Orr Martin; a step-granddaughter, Diane Martin; stepfather, Everett Quertermous; a stepsister and a stepbrother.
Mrs. Orr was one of the charter members and the oldest member of Cave Springs General Baptist Church. She was also a charter member of the Crittenden Hospital Ladies Auxiliary.
Funeral services were Saturday, Aug. 15 at Cave Springs General Baptist Church. Gilbert Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
