Atlanta Constitution - The friends and acquaintances of Mrs. Clara C. Knight, Mr. and Mrs. Lucian L. Knight and family, Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Fleming and family, Mrs. M. A. Sheppard and MR. John B. Daniel are invited to attend the funeral of Mrs. Clara C. Knight from her late residence, 476 Jackson Street, this afternoon (Monday) at 3 o'clock. The following gentlemen will act as pallbearers and are requested to meet at the parlors of H. M. Patterson, 96 North Forsyth Street, at 2:15 o'clock; Peter F. Clarke, E. D. Davis, John J. Eagan, J. B. Campbell, Professor W. M. Slaton, Judge N. R. Broyles, J. M. Johnson and T. H. Williams, Jr. Besides the members of the board of education, the following gentlemen will constitute an honorary escort and are requested to meet at the residence: Clark Howell, Jr., Joel Chandler Harris, John Temple Graves, Hugh T. Inman, Major W. F. Slaton, Professor W. A. Bass, Professor B. C. Davis, Major John C. Whitner, Judge W. L. Calhoun, Captain James R. Wylie, Colonel W. A. Osborne, Dr. W. S. Kendrick, Dr. Amos Fox, Dr. Samuel Hope, J. W. Hoyt, J. F. Beck, J. C. Kirkpatrick, Captain C. S. Arnall, Captain W. C. Massey, Judge E. C. Kontz, Arnold Broyles, W. D. Williamson, Royal Daniel, Captain W. D. Ellis, Jr., R. M. Farrar, C. F. Rice, E. M. Mitchell, C. J. Sheehan and A. A. Meyer. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery.
