Charles "Chubby", served in the Navy aboard the U.S. Hayter Destroyer Escort No. 212 during WWII. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW and Disabled American Veterans's in Hammonton. He retired from Arena Oldsmobile where he was a parts manager. He was a member of St. Joseph's RC Church in Hammonton, NJ.

Uncle Chubby left behind a loving wife, four sons, and several grand childern.
