85, of Tullahoma, formerly of Manchester, died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008, at Lynchburg Nursing Home. She was a native of Coffee County and the daughter of the late J.D. and Lula Rayburn Campbell. She was a member of Wesley Heights Methodist Church in Huntsville, Ala., and along with her husband had owned the “Bob’s Place” restaurant in Manchester for several years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Agdward Harbin, and a daughter, Linda Sue Garrett. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Robert Waller, Tullahoma; three grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. Services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Nov. 16, in the Tullahoma Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Dixon officiating. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
