Alvie Louise Perdue, age 66, of Cottontown, passed away on October 11, 2006, at her residence. She was born in Sumner County on December 6, 1939, to the late Thomas and Alice Howard. She is survived by daughters, Linda (Mike) Rogers of Portland, Tina Perdue of Cottontown; son, Mark Perdue of Memphis, Tenn.; grandchildren, Chad Rogers, Joey (Jessica) Rogers, John Robinette, Kelly (Patrick) Dalrymple, Adam Perdue; great grandchildren, Dylan Dalrymple, Kaylee Rogers, Jacob Rogers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glidewell Perdue. Visitation will be Friday, October 13, 2006, from 10 a.m., until funeral time. Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Friday, October 13, 2006, at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with Bro. Clayton Hall officiating. Interment will be at Shanklin Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mike Rogers, Mark Perdue, Chad Rogers, Joey Rogers, John Robinette, and Adam Perdue.
