Daughter of, John R. Dicken and Martha Tallent Dicken. She married, Jacob Warren Miller on, November 11, 1875 in, Clinton County, Kentucky. They had four children in Kentucky: John Clinton, James William, Jacob Almorine and Lula. In the mid 1880's they moved to Cannon, Texas and had five more children: Dr. Edward Miller, Esther, Dixie, Clyde and Beecher.

Family rumor is that Bell had a miscarriage on the wagon ride from Kentucky to Texas and they buried the baby in an unknown cemetery. The 1900 Census mentions two deceased children (Ester and Miller Baby).

Her real name is, Isabella[1] [2], but she also went by, Isabel and Bell.

Isabella was a, house wife, seamstress, farmer, and music lover.

According to two descendants of, J. R. Dickens and Martha Tallent, "All Dickens Family loved to sing and play music!"[3][4]

Bell passed away in, 1900 and was buried at, Cannon Cemetery beside her daughter, Ester. [5][6]
