LEGAL NOTICES
SIMMONS, ELLEN ECKERT -- Pursuant to an order of Hon. Daniel J. Gleason, Surrogate of Dutchess county, Notice is hereby given; that all persons having claims against the estate of Ellen Eckert Simmons late of the Town of Rhinebeck in said county, are required to exhibit the same with vouchers thereof to the undersigned attorney for the executor of said estate, at his office at Rhinebeck, N. Y., on or before the 15th day of July 1918.
