Alvin David Magnuson, 70, of Gulf Shores died Dec. 15, 1978 at South Baldwin Hospital. He was a retired fisherman.
Funeral services were held Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. from Bayview Foley Chapel with the Rev. Rueben Grimes and Joe Fulford officiating. Burial followed in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Paul Laubon, Graves, TX, and Mrs. Wayne Morgan, Rockport, TX; two sisters, Mrs. B.A. Wilcox, Gulf Shores, and Mrs. H.F. Thomas, Foley; one brother, Samuel Magnuson, Gauthier, Miss.; six grandchildren.
Arrangements were by Bayview Funeral Home, Foley.
