Driggers died at 8:30 a.m. Thursday in his home. A retired truck driver, he was a native of Lucky and a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Elaine Driggers of Tioga; two sons, Bruce Driggers of Ball and Terry Driggers of Tioga; two step-sons, Tony Frank and Ronald Frank, both of Tioga; one step-daughter, Judy Finklea of Atlanta; one sister, Jewel Driggers of Tioga; and six grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home until 9 a.m. Saturday.
