LUELLA ENGLAND STOUT
Luella England Stout, last surviving member of the family of Joseph and Melinda England, was born in Illinois May 4, 1861, and departed this life at her home Nov. 13, 1957, at the age of 96 years, six months and nine days. At the age of four, her parents moved to Lucas county where she has since made her home.
On Nov. 30, 1881, she was united in marriage to Edward Stout. To this union twin sons, John William and James David, were born.
She was preceded in death by a son, John William, at the age of 15 months and her husband, March 31, 1935.
Those left to mourn their loss are her son, David, with whom she made her home, four grandsons, 12 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and a large number of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. Lester Hall, were held Friday, Nov. 15 at 2:30 p.m. at the Miley Chapel. Interment was in the Bingham cemetery.
