Mary was a precious Christian lady who delighted in teaching the Holy Bible, for the past ten years. Earlier in life, she was a single mother raising two small daughters with no support system.
She has stated "only the grace of God got us through". She encouraged and supported her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren throughout her life.
She adored her daughters, son, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her passion was to encourage and love people and to teach and read The Word of God.
She taught and much more importantly, lived out the Bible in her everyday life. She has one question for those of us still living, "Do you know Jesus?".
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Ronald and Renee Phillips, of Granbury, Samuel and Rhonda Birkner, of Fort Worth; son and daughter-in- law, Shaun and Lisa Sutton, of McDonough, Ga.; grandchildren, Jeremy Phillips, David Fannin, Elisabeth Congdon, Joseph Fannin, Kelsey Sutton and Michael Sutton; and seven great- grandchildren.
