Kathryn Manchester was born Dec. 2, 1907 to John Simmons and Margaret (Orswell) Manchester in Fall River, MA.
She married Arthur Edward Manchester and they had two chldren.
Before moving to Galesburg she lived in Watertown, MD, Boston, MA., Dover, MA. and Tiverton, RI.
Cremation will be accorded and her ashes will be buried at Pleasant View Cemetery in Tiverton, RI.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
She was preceded in death by one son, Arthur Hobart Manchester; one brother and one sister.
She is survived by one daughter, Joyce (Allen) Carr of Galesburg; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
