This is a poem written by Aunt Ann:
I'm just a little country girl,
Brought up down on the farm,
Milked the cows each morn at dawn,
And then was off to school.
I helped my father in the fields,
And carried in the wood,
Played with my dog and cat,
Because I knew where I stood.
I love the country livin',
There's nothing to compare,
With the earthly beauty,
And wonderful fresh air.
