Betty Ann was born in Kane, McKean County, Pennsylvania on November 8, 1944, and she was a sophomore at Sheffield High School. She was a member of the First Methodist Church and of its Youth Fellowship.
Surviving, besides her parents, are four sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Gerald (Arlene) Crossley, Mrs. Owen (Janet) Carlburg, Mrs. Donald (Rebecca) Hilyer, all of Sheffield, and Mrs. Curtiss (Janice) Nelson of Ludlow; LeRoy Hall, with the U.S. Army at Fort Carson, Colorado; Thomas Hall living at home. Also her grandmother Mrs. Mary Hall, Hillsboro, West Virginia.
The Rev. Jack Parsons conducted the funeral services at 2 p.m. Tuesday August 14. Burial followed in the Sheffield Cemetery.
