Truell Areland "Stormy" Myers, 49, of 205B Madison in Borger died Tuesday at Golden Plains Community Hospital.
Owner of Panhandle Acidizers at 812 N. Hedgecoke, he was a lifetime resident of Borger.
He was a member of the Borger Christian Center and a member of the Royal Neighbors of America. Myers graduated from Borger High School in 1954.
He is survived by son, Ricky Lynn Myers of Borger; son, Randy Ray Myers of Colbert, Texas; mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Spinks; and two grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father.
Services for Myers will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at the Gateway Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Miller, pastor of the Borger Christian Center, presiding. Miller will be assisted by the Rev. V.O. Smith, assistant pastor at Gateway Baptist Church.
Pallbearers at the ceremony include David Boyer, Arnold Beagle, Claude Hooks, Don Hooks, Johnny Hooks and Clay Leamon.
Honorary pallbearers are Bobby Conley, Mark Cantrell, Roy Haley, Gerald Sullivan, Richard Fowler and David Thompson.
