Her grave stone in West Cemetery is laying down and was very deteriorated when the cemetery was visited in 2004. In the 1930's, the stone was recorded as saying: "Ebenezer Field, died May 7, 1713, age 41 and Mary Dudley Field, widow of Ebenezer Field, married Timothy Olcot & died in Bolton Apr 20, 1742 in her 62 year." It appears that the stone was inscribed with the information and Mary was buried in Bolton, where she died and where she has a grave marker.
