Daughter of William W. and Rosa (Blum) Adam. She married Harry H. LANGHOFER on Dec. 3, 1930, in Woodbine. He preceded her in death on Feb. 26, 1974. She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Charles; and a granddaughter. Survivors include four sons, DeVern, Delphos, Wayne and Gavin, all of Herington; two daughters, Joyce Daugherty of Herington and Ima Jean Wrighton of Waynesville, Mo.; two brothers, Kenneth Adam of Kansas City, Kan., and Howard Adam of Garden City; two sisters, Rose Marie King of Kansas City and Treva Kellogg of Herington; 11 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Herington.
