Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Highland Park Cemetery with the Rev. Wesley Holland, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Fritch, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mr. Trumbly had been an area resident since 1946. He was a member of the BPOE Lodge 1581 for 20 years. He bowled on two leagues for 28 years with a high series of 749 and a high game of 289. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He married Betty Miles on Nov. 24, 1951, in Borger.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, David of Farmington, N.M., and Mark and wife, Lena, of Fritch; a brother, Joe Bob Trumbly of Fritch; two granddaughters, Autumn Marie Trumbly and Miky Renee Benoit; two grandsons, Michael W. Trumbly and James A. Trumbly; and a great-granddaughter, Berkley Ryann Trumbly.
