SULLIVAN - Michael K. Hutchcraft, 51, of Sullivan, died 7:40 p.m. Tuesday (July 17, 2007) in his residence.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Reed Funeral Home, Sullivan with the Elder William Beese officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the services. Burial will be in the Greenhill Cemetery, Sullivan. Memorials are suggested to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3322 Moultrie, Mattoon, IL 61938 or the Sullivan Fire and Ambulance Service.
Michael was born March 3, 1956 in Valparaiso, Indiana, the son of Frank and Betty Hutchcraft. He had been an salesman for auto dealerships in Monticello, Shelbyville, Decatur and Sullivan.
He was 1974 graduate of Sullivan High School, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Mattoon.
Michael is survived by a daughter, Dawn Elisabeth Valasek of Denton, Texas; parents, Frank and Betty Hutchcraft of Sullivan, sister, Kimberly ‘Kim' Mark and her husband Cary of Aurora; granddaughter, Kendra Valasek; niece, Chloe Mark and nephew, Tyler Mark.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
