From looking at a few sources, she died 6th of May 1841. Part of the stone reads, "She died in the 18th year of her age and on the 6th May 1841." The video conclusion was an 1844 year of death, but it is hard to read and I believe says 1841. The Brower Family Tree of Debra Crook has an 1841 death year. She married 28 Jan 1840 in Harris County, GA, to Martin J. Crawford.
She is buried next to her sister, Virginia Osborne Crook, and her parents, Maj Osborne Crook and Elizabeth G. Crook, are also buried in the same cemetery.

This is to designate the spot where sleeps in death the body of Mrs. Mary Craig Crawford.
While living she enjoyed an enviable station in the estimation(?) of those who surrounded her.
As a daughter she was affectionate, as a sister she was indulgent, and as a wife her devoted attachment was unequalled.
She died in the 18th year of her age on the 6th of May 1841.
