L.D. SHINABERGER DIES HERE TUESDAY
Leon D. Shinaberger, 78, McMinnville resident for the past year and a half, and for 20 years Southern Pacific railroad agent at Hillsboro, died here Tuesday. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Macy’s Chapel of Flowers, with Rev. R.L. Putman, Hillsboro, and Rev. S.J. Osborne officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Shinaberger was born in Indiana, Sept. 7, 1863. He is survived by two daughters and two sons, including Mrs. Lela Hall, McMinnville; Mrs. Myrtle Hutchinson, Wenatchee, Wn.; Tom Shinaberger, Brownstown, Wn., and Morris Shinaberger, Portland.
