Daughter of Grace Beattie and James Wood. Married to George Henderson. Agnes worked at her father-in-law's shoe store in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, before emigrating from Scotland. They had three children: George, Jr. who was born and died in Scotland; Grace Henderson; and James Henderson. Their address at the time of her death was 1617 Pearl, Joplin, MO. She died from chronic valvular heart disease which she'd had for 18 months.

Mrs. Agnes Henderson, 45 years old, died at 10 o'clock yesterday morning at her home, 1617 Pearl avenue. She is survived by her husband, George Henderson; one daughter, Miss Grace B. Henderson, 15; one son, James Henderson, 8, and four sisters and two brothers in Scotland and England. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
