90 of Tempe, died August 24, 2009 in Tempe. Mr. Kessler was a beloved husband and father, and WWII veteran with the 549th Night Fighter Squadron. He retired from Motorola after 27 years of service. Survived by his wife, Edy; six children; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 28, 2009 at King of Glory Lutheran Church, 2085 E. Southern Ave., in Tempe. Inurnment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. Memorial contributions may be made to the Veteran's Administration. Arrangements entrusted to Tempe Mortuary.
