Hazel B. Broomhead (nee Olson), 69, of Holiday, died Tuesday (Aug. 30, 1994) at
home. Born in Cheboygan, Mich., she came here 15 years ago from Vernon Hills,
Ill. She was a retired supervisor for technical records for S.C.M. Corp.,
Mundelein, Ill. She was a Methodist and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of
World War II Submarine Veterans, Suncoast Chapter. Survivors include her
husband, Burl ""Ed;'' three sons, Brion and Craig, both of Homosassa, and Bruce,
Waukegan, Ill.; a daughter, Roxanne Revell, Antioch, Ill.; two brothers, Richard
Olson, Royal Oak, Mich., and Gerald Olson, Traverse City, Mich.; a sister,
Sylvia Besaw, Traverse City; and four grandchildren.
