Son of Homer Lee and Georgia Parrish(Perry County, Tennessee)Husband of Bertha Mae Parrish,Brother of Clyde Lee Parrish,Father of Odell Douglas Parrish,Joe Dell Parrish, Bonnie Ann "Parrish" Smith, Brenda Sue "Parrish" Atkinson and Barbara Jean "Parrish" Rodgers. He was a timber contractor and worked for Mr.Lynn Haynes as far back as my memory allows. He was on the job by daybreak and left when the sun was too low to fell the trees. He worked hard for his wife and children.

HENDERSON - Raymond Parrish, 67, retired timber cutter, was found Tuesday at his home. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Leon Johnson & Son Funeral Home with burial in Chester County Memory Gardens. Parrish leaves three daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Smith of Henderson, and Mrs. Brenda Atkinson and Mrs. Barbari Rodgers, both of Centerville; two sons, Odell Parrish of Finger and Joedell Parrish of Henderson, 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
