Harry E. Fletchall, 74, of Mtn. Grove, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2009, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

He was born on November 8, 1934 at Fairfax, Missouri, the son of Ralph M. and Mary G. (Smith) Fletchall.

Harry graduated from Cabool High School with the class of 1952 and enlisted in the U.S. Navy on December 2, 1952. He was united in marriage to Hazel Brown on April 22, 1957, and to this union two daughters were born. He served his country until receiving his honorable discharge and retirement from the Navy on December 28, 1971 and moving to Mtn. Grove, Missouri. He worked as a TV repairman for several years in the area before his second retirement. Harry enjoyed fishing, reading his Bible, attending church and spending time with his wife driving through the country taking in the scenery.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Hazel of the home; daughters Rosemary Roets of Seymour, Missouri, and Patricia Palm of Ft. Worth, Texas; three grandchildren, Tom Roets III, Joesph Davis and Adam Davis; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Services were at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 28, 2009, at Cornerstone Freewill Baptist Church in Mtn. Grove with Rev. Ronnie Turner officiating. Pallbearers were Tom Roets, Tom Roets, III, Joesph Davis, Adam Davis, Herman Bayer, William Palm and Larry Brown. Interment with full military honors was in Cabool Cemetery under the direction of Elliott-Gentry-Carder Funeral Home of Cabool, Missouri.
